They can be taught important concepts of life and life skills too. Most important games open up the world of imagination for the child. A child with good imagination always becomes out to be a cooperative and jolly kid. Games are needed to build up the child’s motor skills too.

Incentives are in a big way used in every parent – child relationship .Parents give incentives to the child to change an established, negative habit to a new positive one. But also, once the habit is changed the incentives should be stopped. Once the child starts enjoying the new habit, the incentives no longer matter. Incentives should be temporary, and you shouldn't need to up the ante .After some time the child should know that that particular thing is now expected out of him. Incentives should only be the boosters not the base of the motive to perform the activity.
The kids reward programme help the child to grow and learn .if done with educational reinforcement, the child can actually amaze you by the results. Kids become more confident by the rewards they bet in return of hard work or moulding themselves differently. To give rewards parents make standards and if the child lives up to these standards he gets a treat on these rewards. But maybe in the process we miss out the fact that good values are to be inculcated from within rather than always dangling carrot in front of them.
